To deliver parts of your course or any included bonuses (such as review and celebration session), your contact information may be stored securely within the learning management system, Kajabi.com.

3. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos and digital materials, is the property of Jen DeTracey and LIFT Strategies Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Women's Leadership Communication Training Program, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are processed according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. A refund with be given, less the service fees to process the purchase.

5. Termination
